Samantha has been specialising in user research and strategy for the last 8 years. She has conducted research across the world to help companies better understand their users, customers and audience to refine existing digital products or services and identify opportunities for innovation. Her experience spans consultancy and in-house, for big multi-nationals, start-ups, and government.
