Katy Arnold

Head of User Research and Design at The Home Office, is responsible for a team of researchers and designers, who are bringing a user focus to service delivery at the Home Office. Currently also studying for a Masters at UCL in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics for Design, Katy is a usability geek and a skilled user researcher who cares passionately about user centred design. Other than her passion for UX, Katy is also a proud feminist, likes camper vans, wild swimming, and singing songs.
