After graduating with an MA in sociology & web culture as well as an MSc in innovation, strategy & entrepreneurship, Ulrich has spent the last 5 years of his career developing the user experience and product design with prestigious companies including Google, UBS, Viacom, Virgin, Sainsbury’s, YouTube, the BBC and Burberry. He has an extreme passion to communicate, apply user experience methodologies, as well as pioneering innovations across customer centric storytelling. He also shares his knowledge with future UXers as a part-time UX design instructor.
